Frances and Phil were nice enough to take me on a day out to Robin Hood's Bay to get a bit of practice walking up hills. They were even strict and got me to carry the water.
Here are some pretty pictures from the walk along Cleveland Way and some of York.

Every week is bike week for me as I'm too lazy to walk in to work but there's an official one too.
Bike2Work runs for the whole of Bike Week, Bike Week 2006 (17-25 June). I quite miss the American version, I got loads of free stuff from that, I still have my stylish UNCW decorative cushion.

Me and my Mum had a nice day walking round Cambridge, there's some
Photos of Cambridge in the sunshine. I also have evidence that bouncy castles are brilliant from

Into the 'Mouth of Hell' The article by the journalist we met in Nicaragua about the guys climbing into the crater on the trip.

What is cylindrical, sweet, brown, and has 10,000 ohms?
A chocolate-covered resistor.
Adam and Joe's Radio shows are online, or bits of them. I listened to the first couple which had about 20 minutes of chat. It was a bit scary cause I had to get that itunes thing that I don't really understand but I was amused by their commentary of the
R Kelly Opera thing (which I saw on VH1 and I may have to add to my DVD rental thingy to see again as its ace).

Abbey Aid the gig at Abbey Stadium didn't quite go to plan.
"Organisers said the Abbey had attracted about 1,000 pop fans on each night...Following Friday and Saturday's concerts, finance director Nick Pomery admitted the events - featuring Lee Ryan, Liberty X and X Factor stars Journey South and Chico - had lost cash."
Lee off of Blue also added "I've got a friend who used to live round here - it's a beautiful place. Is it quite boring though?"
DOLLY and Neighbours are giving you the chance of a lifetime to audition to join the cast of Neighbours and live out your dream.
They say you have to be between 12 and 18 but Dawson's Creek Jack was 30 odd when he was in that so surely with my youthful looks I'd be fine.
